Élveznéd a nyarat, pihennél, utaznál, de nem mersz szabadságra menni? Félsz, hogy nem érnek el a vevőid, nem haladnak a kiszállítások, leáll a vállalkozásod?
Többféle módszer létezik arra, hogyan lehet élvezni a szabadságot úgy, hogy az üzlet is megy. Ezekből gyűjtöttem össze hármat:
1. Dolgozz előre!
Készítsd el előre az ajánlataidat, a posztjaidat és ütemezd be az e-mailküldést, a posztolást. Tény, hogy nem minden feladatot lehet előre elvégezni, és az is igaz, hogy ez a módszer plusz munkát jelenthet a szabadság előtt, de vitathatatlanul hatékony.
2. Delegálj!
A legjobb módszer arra, hogy tehermentesítsd magad (nem csak a szabadság idejére), illetve motiváld a kollégáidat. A delegálás erősíti a bizalmat és az elkötelezettséget. Ahhoz, hogy sikeresen tudj delegálni, először is ismerned kell a munkatársaid képességeit, miben erősek és miben szorulnak támogatásra. Ha ezzel tisztában vagy, csak kövesd a következő hat lépést:
- Határozd meg pontosan az elvégzendő feladatot.
- Válaszd ki a megfelelő embert.
- Mondd el, miért delegálsz.
- Adj pontos és részletes instrukciókat.
- Adj meg minden segítséget.
- Ellenőrizd a munkát és adj visszajelzést.
3. Szervezd ki a feladataidat!
A kiszervezés a költségcsökkentés és ezáltal a nyereségnövelés remek eszköze. És nem utolsósorban kitűnő módszer munkafolyamataink hatékonyságának növelésére. Nem elhanyagolható érv a kiszervezés mellett az sem, hogy szakértőkre bízhatjuk a feladatainkat. Olyan szakemberekre, akik kiegyensúlyozott, állandó színvonalú munkát végeznek.
De kinek és mit szervezzünk ki?
- Írj egy listát az ismétlődő feladataidról, azokról, amik elveszik az idődet más, számodra fontosabb feladatoktól. Ilyen lehet például pénzügyi kimutatások készítése, közösségi média posztok írása, ajánlatok küldése.
- Írd a kiválasztott feladatok mellé, milyen tudásra, képességre van szükség az elvégzésükhöz. A kimutatások elkészítéséhez például jól jön az excel tudás, szövegíráshoz pedig a szövegírói tapasztalat.
- Ezek után már csak meg kell találnod azt a megbízható vállalkozást, amelyik az adott feladatra specializálódva kínál szolgáltatást rögzített áron, járulékos költségek nélkül.
Alkalmazhatod ezeket a módszereket külön-külön, de együtt is. Remélem, hogy ezek a tippek segítenek neked abban, hogy felhőtlenül élvezd a nyarat.
