A válaszom rövid volt: a tervezés időigényes folyamat. Minél korábban elkezded a tervezést, annál több időd lesz arra, hogy alaposan át tudd gondolni a céljaidat, a jövő évi feladataidat. Ne feledkezz meg arról, hogy a jövő év január 1-én kezdődik, ne hagyd ki a januárt a terveidből!
Természetesen értem az ügyfelem kérdését. A karácsonyi szezon nagyon pörgős a cégükben, januárnál előbb nem tudnak a részletes tervezéssel foglalkozni. Viszont addig is összeállítottunk egy ütemtervet, hogyan tudnak felkészülni az évtervezésre:
- Tisztáztuk, milyen pénzügyi kimutatásokra lesz szükség a tervezéshez.
- Megbeszéltük, milyen információk szükségesek a piacelemzéshez.
- Feladatként kapta, hogy gondolkodjon
- a jövő évi célokon
- milyen fejlesztések szükségesek jövőre
- vegye számba a beszállítóit, szükséges-e beszállítót váltania
- várható-e olyan jogszabályváltozás, ami már január 1-től érinti a vállalkozását.
Hetente beszélünk, hogy haladnak a feladatokkal és januárban tervezünk.
