Mindenkeppen! cikkemben már írtam arról, időben és pénzben is mekkora megtakarítást jelenthet, ha felülvizsgáljuk munkafolyamatainkat és számba vesszük az automatizálási lehetőségeket. Ezúttal Berzi László kollégám cikkét osztom meg az automatizált kontrolling jelentésről. A cikk az Albatros-analytics oldalán jelent meg.
Automatikus Controlling jelentés
Automatikusan készül a Controlling jelentés szövege is?
Manapság – a BI rendszerek használatával – magától értetődő, hogy a napi / havi riportok automatikusan készülnek el. Éjszaka lefut a betöltés és a feldolgozás, a reggeli kávé mellett (vagy éppen még a dugóban araszolva) akár mobil eszközökön is elérjük a kérdéses elemzéseket és dashboard-okat. Mostantól viszont nem csak a grafikonok készülnek el manuális munka nélkül, hanem a jelentés szöveges elemző része is!
A riportok szöveges, magyarázó részét már két különböző megoldással is automatizálhatjuk, megadva, hogy milyen driver-ek mentén magyarázza a BI rendszer a dashboard-on látható eredményeket:
- A Power BI szeptemberi frissítésében adta kezünkbe a Microsoft az utóbbi idők egyik leghasznosabb eszközét, a Smart Narrative-ot.
- Ezzel párhuzamosan a Narrative Science kiadta a Quill nevű vizualizációt ugyanerre a célra
- KKV vezetőknek még egy „ajándék”, nem csak megmutatja a kérdésekre az elemzéseket a rendszer, hanem még a szöveges rész is elkészül automatikusan!
- Controller kollégáknak ez szintén hatalmas segítség, nem kell többet a határidők szorításában gépelni a jelentős mennyiségű szöveget, minden esetben figyelve a szükséges tartalmi és formai elemekre. Angolul is tud a rendszer, így a külföldi főnök alapból megérti!
- Vezetőknek (CEO, CFO, Sales Manager vagy akár CTO) elég csak egyszer elmondani, milyen driver-ek mentén szeretnék megkapni az elemzést. Ezek mentén készül el a paraméterezés, majd a jelentés is. Minden egyes alkalommal, határidőre, pontosan, külön kérés nélkül és ez a rendszer nem megy szabadságra, nem fárad el!
