- Írj listát a feladataidról, az összetett feladatokat bontsd al-feladatokra, ezeket kezeld külön feladatként. Például Prezentáció készítése, amihez szükséges adatgyűjtés.
- Kategorizáld a feladataidat fontosság és sürgősség szerint. Ebben a céljaidat tartsd mindig szem előtt. A céljaid legyenek mérhetők. Például két órát kell fordítanom a prezentáció elkészítésére.
Hatékonyság csak a körültekintően elvégzett kategorizálással lesz növelhető.
- A feladatokhoz adj meg határidőt a 2. pontban meghatározott kategóriák szerint.
- Ütemezd a feladatokat a naptáradban a határidők alapján.
- Figyelj arra, hogy legyenek szünetek a feladatok között. Ahhoz, hogy hatékonyságot érj el fontos, hogy jól oszd be az idődet, tudj pihenni, hogy legyen erőd, koncentrált figyelmed a többi feladat elvégzésére.
- Minden új feladatot hasonlóképpen kezelj, tedd hozzá az éppen aktuális feladatlistához.
- Tervezz! Minden este tervezd meg a következő napodat.
